She draws on evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compression-focused Therapy (CFT), and Solution-Focused approaches to support clients in developing insights, resilience, and practical coping strategies. Siobhan offers a warm, collaborative, and non-judgemental space where clients can explore challenges, build self-compassion, and work towards meaningful and lasting change.

Additional training in addiction and gambling recovery, couples counselling, and adolescent therapy enables Siobhan to work effectively with a wide range of clients — from individuals as young as 12 years old to adults seeking a stronger sense of balance, connection, and wellbeing.
